Our group and private training classes are focused on the fundamentals of boxing, as well as solid cardio conditioning and stretching. You will be jumping rope, sweating out ring circles, shadow boxing, circuit training, working various bags and involved in one on one pad work.
Our workouts are designed to tone your entire body while honing your boxing skills in the ring. Athletes of all levels and experiences are welcome.

Our members come with all different skill levels and we do everything to facilitate every level of knowledge and experience. If you are just starting out and wanting to learn something new or you’ve been boxing for many years, our classes combine cardio training with boxing techniques that may be taken at any level of skill and/or fitness.
Our exceptionally skilled and committed trainers each have their own exclusive style that they bring to their small, personalized classes. You are also welcome to hire them for private classes. You will always be trained in the fundamentals while you are also receiving a tremendous workout.
